We are able to price our services below other CROs because we maintain a very low overhead in the U.S. and conduct all studies in Kiev where labor and facility costs are lower. Our staff in the U.S. consists only of the company principals who work directly with customers; we have no marketing expenses other than our web site, and no central offices, administrative staff or other overhead to inflate prices. We have lower study conduct costs in Kiev due to lower labor rates and are able to offer our best pricing for longer and more complex studies where labor is the most significant portion of the overall cost. Because we utilize the same reliable international suppliers for animal models, reagents and lab supplies as other CROs, we have no cost advantage on these items and thus less overall cost savings for very short-term studies. However, regardless of your study protocol and duration, our goal is to give our customers the best possible value for their money.
