We welcome inquiries and are happy to provide preliminary cost estimates to assist in budget preparations as well a firm quotes. We will prepare a cost estimate based on your protocol or study specifications, or provide a protocol for your approval upon request. Our study contracts are implemented in the U.S. under U.S. law and all pricing is in U.S. dollars. When you are ready to proceed, we will provide a study contract or review yours for signature. Our payment terms are forty percent (40.0%) of the study price upon contract, forty percent (40.0%) upon completion and twenty percent (20.0%) upon acceptance of the final study report.
